Thorildsk is the national language of Thorildhøj and Thorildsby, where it found its roots. There is also a minority group in Årania.
Similarities to Åranian
Thorildsk is very similar to its souther linguistic neighbour, Åranian spoken in Årania. Both languages are mutually intelligible, sometimes considered a dialect of Thorildsk.
Similarities to real life
Thorildsk, just as Åranian, are based on Danish spoken in Denmark and northern Germany.
