Smørrebrød
Smørrebrød (Åranian: Smørebrø') is a traditional dish made from dark bread with many different layers. It has many varieties, the most popular being with Salmon, lettuce and Remoulade. It is common to find in Thorildhøj and Årania, but it can also be enjoyed in Thorildsbyian cafees.
