The Sickle Party is a radical-rebellious and antidemocratic political party which is active in the Thorildhøj region. It was founded by Ivan Alviev in 15Ð. It’s recent anti-democratic, anti-Commonwealth and anti-Fyndrix actions caused the party to gain a lot of critique amongst most other parties, but simultaneously support from radical groups in Thorildhøj.

Beliefs

Members of the Sickly Party commonly believe, that Fyndrix and the Commonwealth are destructive to freedom of speech and freedom of expression. They wish to replace Fyndrix with their party leader Ivan Alviev.
This has brought the party lots of critique, whereby all other parties of the Thorildhøjan Parliament (PARSOC, GRØNNE, Orange Party, AMPER and Our Backyard) agreed on consistently denying all proposals from the Sickle Party. They also frequently stated that they want to remove the Commonwealth anti-homeless programme and refuse free living space and food to those who are unable to work or earn money.

Controversy

With it’s negative reputation, the Sickle Party has been involved in numerous controversies.

At 15.40Ð, just shortly after the party was founded, high-ranking parliament members of the Sickle Party, including the Co-founder Olaf Jensson was found guilty of illegal firearm possession and trading with illegal consumable substances and sentanced to 11Ð in a reintegration camp. Ivan Alviev kept supporting Jensson and still does so to this day.

In 19.84Ð, many Our Backyard members started supporting the Sickle Party’s anti-Fyndrix ideas. This lead to distrust in the population, until eventually Our Backyard was pressured by other parties to sign an anti-Sickle Party agreement. This lead to many Our Backyard members leaving and switching to Sickle, which lead to even more uproar in the population.

At 25.58Ð, hours before a senate vote on the banning of the Sickle Party, protestors gathered around the City Hall. Ivan Alviev was present at the protest. When he mentioned how Fyndrix is destroying democracy, a rebel threw an egg at him. Ivan Alviev fainted, as he thought it was a projectile of a firearm. He was rushed to the hospital, where it was found out that no physical damage was done. This left Ivan Alviev in embarassememt and he could not partake in the vote regarding the ban of his own party.
